This includes salary expectations, number of children and ages, location and overall personalities. In order to do this we ask that each nanny submit a resume along with 3 references (complete with e-mail addresses) and complete a formal interview. This allows us to understand your needs and helps find just the right family for you. This company was founded by a former nanny, so we strive to meet all of our nannies needs and requests.

 To become a registered nanny with Rose City we ask that you have:

• at least one year experience with children,
• have a current background check (or submit to a new one),
• have 3 childcare related references- Not related to you( with e-mail

              addresses so we can send out reference forms)

• submit a current resume.
